NFPA 10 lets inspection records be kept on a tag, on a checklist on file, or by an electronic method. Every InspectKeeper entry has the date, the person and the result. An inspector can scan any tag and see the last twelve months right there, or you hand over the whole building log as a PDF.
Your local authority has the final word. Annual maintenance still needs a certified technician; we remind you when it is due.
